How to Make your current sim pack into a retailer sim for all networks - globe, sun cellular, talk n text, touch mobile, smart and other cards

Just today, i have just made my existing sim pack into a retailer sim. I can now load myself and even sell loads to other sims. With just 250 pesos, i have converted my sim into a retailer sim. Or it's now a load wallet. Just loaded my sim with a minimum of 300 pesos and i was able to load my sister's sim pack right away..
